Do you use Project Fields in Typefi Writer? Perhaps you're using them to set the title, the language, document colour, copyright year, running headers, or something else entirely.
As useful as Project Fields are, it's easy to forget to fill them in. But we've set up an option that will ensure you never forget to fill in a Project Field again!
- Click Options in the Typefi Writer ribbon.
- In the Typefi Writer Options dialog, click Workflow options.
- Ensure that the Ask for Typefi project fields checkbox is selected.
- Click OK.
Now when you click Publish, Typefi Writer will show a dialog that asks you to verify the Project Fields before continuing.
This is a great way to remind yourself to fill the Project Fields in before you run that 300-page job.
