Workaround |

Warning: XML web editor: Oxygen is not yet compatible with Apache Tomcat 10. Typefi Server v8.14 (and later) are bundled with Tomcat 10, but Oxygen XML Web Author (v25.1.0) remains compatible with Tomcat 9. |
Use a current supported version of Typefi Server (v8.11, v8.12, or v8.13). In a future version of Server, we will release a compatible version of the Oxygen XML Web Author add-in once SynchroSoft releases a version bundled with Tomcat 10. |
In File Details, if you try to create new .dita or .ditamap file versions manually, the New Version button fails to open a dialog that enables you to select a file. |
It’s possible to duplicate a .dita or .ditamap file instead while we work to fix this issue. |
In Fonto Editor, the Attach workflow dialog displays an error message: “Fonto was unable to update the interface due to an unexpected error.” This error occurs when you try to upload a workflow located within multiple layers of folders, and the current UI does not support the display of all nested folders. |
We recommend duplicating or moving your workflow closer to the root directory while our team resolves the issue. |
In Oxygen XML Web Author, when you try to add a comment about the current version of a file, the dialog fails to open. |
There is no workaround at this time. A generic comment with the date and time will be added. |
If you use Oxygen XML Web Author to open, edit, and save a .dita file from within the parent .ditamap, you might receive a warning message that informs you that your changes are not saved, and the file is not checked out. |
Open a .dita file from the Files tab instead of opening the .dita file from a parent .ditamap to ensure the file is checked out and edits are saved correctly. |
