In Trash, the Empty button remains deactivated when a file is first selected and then deselected. | We are working to resolve this issue. In the meantime, a workaround is to refresh the browser page. |
When Oxygen XML Web Author is enabled, uploading files through the FTP workflow action results in failed jobs and a “connection timed out” error. |
There is no workaround at this time. |
When attempting to add a comment about the current version of a file in Oxygen XML Web Author, the dialogue box fails to open. | There is no workaround at this time; a generic comment with the date and time will be added. |
In File Details, if you try to create new .dita or .ditamap file versions manually, the New Version button fails to open a dialogue box that enables you to select a file. |

You see this warning message when adding an Adobe InDesign engine to Typefi Server for Desktop on macOS: "bash" wants access to control "Adobe InDesign 2021". Allowing control will provide access to documents and data in "Adobe InDesign 2021", and to perform actions within that app. | Click OK in the warning dialogue to give Typefi Desktop permanent access to InDesign desktop. For more information, see this article. |
When you attempt to publish from Writer, the Print Manager flags a missing field; then, Logs do not display an error or warning message to show that an output file fails to generate. | We are working on a new release to fix this issue and are aiming to make this available quickly. |
