Clean up styles

You can clean up—or delete—all unused styles. Typefi Writer examines the current document for any styles that were not found in the attached Typefi workflow and gives you the choice to remove them all, without causing any damage to the file.

To clean up styles:

1. In the Typefi tab, navigate to the Styles group and click either the Paragraph or Character button.
2. Choose Manage Styles from the pop-up menu.
3. In the Deletable Styles dialogue, click Delete All.
   

Check the top of the Deletable Styles dialogue to quickly see the number of styles that can be cleaned up. In the screenshot above, there are 395 deletable styles!
