When you create a Profile, you can add a variety of automated rules.

|Paragraphs with short last lines||The last word, or part of a word, of a paragraph stranded by itself on a line.
You can define short lines as a specific number of characters or a percentage of the overall line length. Defining short lines as a percentage is especially useful for very wide or narrow line lengths.
|Paragraphs to fit minimum line count||
Paragraphs with fewer than the specified minimum line count.
|Paragraphs to fit maximum line count||
Paragraphs with more than the specified maximum line count.
|Paragraphs to fit exact line count||
Paragraphs that don't match the specified line count.
|Stories with overset text||
Text that vanishes from your document if it can't fit into its text frame.
|Stories with short final columns||Stories where the final column is shorter than a specified minimum number of lines.|
