Typefi Server for Workgroup (Typefi Workgroup) is an on-premises enterprise platform designed for larger publishers, businesses and corporations. Licenses for Adobe InDesign Server, Typefi Workgroup, and movemen MathTools need to be renewed annually.

Renew Adobe InDesign Server

Adobe InDesign Server is a subscription product. If InDesign Server is licensed through Typefi and payment is received on time, there should be no action required during a renewal.

Renew Typefi Workgroup

To renew your Typefi Server for Workgroup license:

1. Typefi will email a new license key to your organisation's designated Tech Rep. The Tech Rep is the person at your organisation who is in charge of licensing your Typefi Server.
2. The Tech Rep will sign in to their Typefi Server as an administrator, go to Admin →License, and click Add / Update. Typefi will send the Tech Rep a second email with the license key. The Tech Rep should copy and paste the license key from their email into the text box in Typefi Server. Make sure to copy and paste the license key exactly as it is written in the email.
3. Click Finish.

• When will this happen? The license key will arrive after payment is received and before the renewal date. Normally, this would be a month before the current license expires.

Renew movemen MathTools

movemen MathTools is a subscription product. There are two components: MathTools for InDesign (local to your computer) and MathTools for InDesign Server.

If you are renewing MathTools for InDesign, so long as payment is received on time, there should be no action required during a renewal.

If you are renewing MathTools for InDesign Server, so long as payment is received on time, there should be minimal action required during a renewal. When renewing MathTools for InDesign Server, we recommend:

1. Restarting the InDesign Server service.
2. Upgrading to the latest version of MathTools for InDesign.
