Keyboard shortcuts – Typefi Support

In Typefi Server 8.7 and later, you can press certain key combinations to do things that typically need a mouse, trackpad, or other input device.

Keyboard shortcuts make Typefi Server more accessible and help you work more efficiently. Rather than reaching for your mouse to work with files, jobs, and workflows, you can use the keyboard shortcuts listed below.

Shortcuts you can use

A shortcut with a plus sign (+) means you need to press multiple keys at the same time.
A shortcut with a comma (,) means you need to press multiple keys in order.
Keyboard shortcuts work differently on Windows and macOS. On macOS, you'll use Command (⌘) instead of Ctrl, and Return instead of Enter.

Move cursor into search field	/ or Ctrl + F
Cancel or remove cursor from input field	Esc
Go to Files	G, F
Go to Jobs	G, J
Go to Library	G, L
Go to Actions	G, A
On the Files page (without files selected)
New Folder	Shift + F
New Project	Shift + P
New Workflow	Shift + W
Add files	Plus sign (+) or Shift + Plus sign (+)
On the Files page (with files selected)
Delete selected items	Delete or Shift + Number sign (#)
Rename selected items	N
Copy selected items	C
Move selected items	X
Download selected items	Period (.)
On the Workflows page
Save workflow	Ctrl + S
Export workflow	Period (.)
Reorder actions	R
Add action	Plus sign (+) or Shift + Plus sign (+)
Run workflow	Enter
On the Jobs page
Cancel job	Esc
Add Tag (label)	L
Export job	Period (.)

You can’t set custom keyboard shortcuts for Typefi Server, but we may add this in the future.
