If you want to cancel your Typefitter subscription, print a copy of your original order invoice, or update your account details and payment methods, follow these steps:
- Go to https://typefitter.com/activate.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- Enter the email address you used when you originally subscribed and click Continue.
- Check your email inbox for a magic link, which you can use to get into your FastSpring account. Each magic link is unique and automatically expires after 24 hours to protect your account.

Change your subscription
Upgrading or downgrading your Typefitter subscription requires you to cancel your existing subscription and then re-subscribe.
To upgrade from Typefitter Standard edition to Professional edition (or vice versa), follow these steps:
- Go to www.typefi.com/typefitter/ and click Subscribe now.
- Add the new subscription to your cart.
- Enter your email address, and choose how you would like to pay.
- Enter your information in the Payment Information dialog.
- Click Pay.
If you subscribed to Typefitter prior to June 2021, you’re eligible for a free upgrade to Typefitter Professional edition. Check your email for your coupon code.
Next, deactivate your old subscription and then reactivate your new one:
- Open Adobe InDesign.
- From InDesign's Help menu, select Activate Typefi Plug-in → Deactivate Typefitter.
- From InDesign's Help menu, select Activate Typefi Plug-in → Activate Typefitter.
- Enter your new License ID and Password (from either Step 5 above or check your email for a receipt from mailer@fastspring.com).
- Click Activate.
Finally, cancel your old Typefitter subscription:
- Go to https://typefi.com/activate.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- Enter the email address you used when you originally subscribed and click Continue.
- Check your email inbox for a magic link, which you can use to get into your FastSpring account. Each magic link is unique and automatically expires after 24 hours to protect your account.
- Next, go to Subscriptions.
- Click Manage → Cancel Subscription.
