If you want to cancel your AutoFit subscription, print a copy of your original order invoice, or update your account details and payment methods, follow these steps:
- Go to typefi.onfastspring.com/account
- Enter the email address you used when you originally subscribed and click Continue.
- Check your email inbox for a magic link, which you can use to get into your FastSpring account. Each magic link is unique and automatically expires after 24 hours to protect your account.

Change your subscription
Upgrading or downgrading your AutoFit subscription requires you to cancel your existing subscription and then resubscribe.
To upgrade from AutoFit Free edition to Professional edition (or vice versa), follow these steps:
- Go to typefi.onfastspring.com.
- Add the new subscription to your cart.
- Enter your email address, and choose how you would like to pay.
- Enter your information in the Payment information dialog.
- Click Pay.
Next, deactivate your old subscription and then reactivate your new one:
- Open Adobe InDesign and navigate to the About Plug-ins menu:
- macOS: InDesign → About Plug-ins
- Windows: InDesign → About Plug-ins
- From InDesign's About Plug-ins menu, select Typefi → AutoFit → Deactivate AutoFit.
- From InDesign's About Plug-ins menu, select Activate Typefi Plug-in → Activate AutoFit.
- Enter your new License ID and Password (from either Step 5 above or check your email for a receipt from mailer@fastspring.com).
- Click Activate.
Finally, cancel your old AutoFit subscription:
- Go to typefi.onfastspring.com/account.
- Enter the email address you used when you originally subscribed and click Continue.
- Check your email inbox for a magic link, which you can use to get into your FastSpring account. Each magic link is unique and automatically expires after 24 hours to protect your account.
- Next, go to Subscriptions.
- Click Manage → Cancel Subscription.
