Cross-references

A cross-reference enables you to link to other content. For example, you might use a cross-reference to link to a chart or graphic that appears elsewhere in a document.

Cross-references can contain source text, a page number, or a combination of both. Typefi cross-reference formatting options are defined using the formatting options in Adobe InDesign.
