Get updates on Typefi Support sections or articles

You can choose to follow Typefi Support sections and articles so that you will be notified by email when new articles, posts, or comments are added.

This may be useful if you wish to keep up to date on particular topics; for example, release notes for Typefi Server, Writer, or Designer, or changes to Typefi workflow plug-ins.

You can also follow topics and posts in the Typefi Community. For example, you may choose to subscribe to notifications when there is a new post on the Typefi blog.

Follow Typefi Support sections or articles

Sign in to https://help.typefi.com/hc/en-us.

Navigate to the section or article for which you want to receive notifications.

The structure for Typefi Support is Category → Section → Article. For example, this article is in the About Typefi Support section, which is inside the Support and Troubleshooting category. 

To follow the section or article, click the orange Follow button, and choose either:

• New articles; or
• New articles and comments (do this if you want to receive an update when the article is updated, as Typefi team members will make a change note).

Follow Typefi Community topics or posts

The process is exactly the same as above, but via Typefi Community.
