You don't need to be signed in to Typefi Support to submit a support request or to access most general support articles. However, you will need to sign in to modify or track your support tickets, obtain a snapshot of all active tickets in your organisation, view restricted articles, and post in the Typefi Support Community forum.
Each Typefi user is issued a single set of credentials (a username and password) which are used to sign in to Typefi Support, Typefi Server, and the Typefi FTP.
