Requires Typefi Server 8.19 or later
Requires Typefi Orion for Word 1.0 or later
- The Apply SmartReplace workflow action now detects when both
addedanddeletedtext in a dictionary rule are identical, and skips marking it as a tracked change—preventing unnecessary tracked changes from appearing in your document and in the output.cxmlfile. - Enhanced the logic to prevent invalid output by automatically disabling tracked changes when a rule adds or deletes an invalid XML snippet (for example, a missing end `</u>` tag).

This plug-in introduces two workflow actions: Convert AutoRedact dictionaries and Apply SmartReplace.
-
Convert AutoRedact dictionaries will import your eXtyles AutoRedact dictionaries (
.xsband.subfiles) and convert them to.xmlfiles. - The Apply SmartReplace workflow action uses pattern-matching rules (regular expressions) to automatically identify, format, and transform text within your document. Every modification is captured as a tracked change with a unique rule ID, allowing you to identify precisely which rule made each change.
