Why is my Typefi Server’s perpetual license showing an expiry date?

In order to protect the intellectual property of our software, all Typefi licenses—including perpetual licenses—are issued with expiry dates.

This reduces the chances of fraudsters, hucksters, dodgy geezers, or other unauthorised users gaining free access to Typefi products. 

As a perpetual license holder, your right to use Typefi software is valid in perpetuity. Please be assured that your license will not actually expire on the ‘expiry date’, and this system is in place simply to maintain secure access for your authorised users.

For ease of process, if you are paying an annual maintenance fee to Typefi for ongoing support and access to future software updates, we automatically ‘renew’ your perpetual license each year in line with your annual maintenance date.
