Change the status of an adoption

Once you have finalised an adoption and published it, you can change the status from In progress to Complete. This will move the adoption from the In progress tab to the All tab on the Adoptions page.

To change the status of an adoption:

1. Click Adoptions in the main menu at the top of the screen. If you don't have Administrator privileges, this will be the only menu item available.
2. In your list of In progress adoptions, click the standard whose status you want to update.

   

3. In the ISO tab, choose Complete from the Current status pop-up menu at the bottom of the screen.

   

4. Click Save.

The adoption will now be available via the All tab on the main Adoptions page. 

Click the column headers to sort the list of adoptions. Clicking once will sort from lowest to highest, and clicking a second time will reverse the order. Only one column can be sorted at a time.

If you need to move the adoption back to the In progress tab, repeat the same steps to update the status.
