Click Adoptions in the main menu at the top of the screen.
Note: For users who do not have Administrator privileges, this will be the only menu item available.
In your list of In progress adoptions, click the standard that you wish to update with your local content.
Your organisation's Administrator controls which metadata fields you can update with localised content, and which are filled automatically from the ISO ZIP file. The automatically-filled fields are highlighted yellow and contain an [Autofill] annotation on the right.
To change the content of a metadata field, simply type directly into the field.
Once you have updated the metadata fields, click Save.
If your adoption template contains additional template sections for custom front and back matter, they will appear as tabs within your adoption. In this example, there are two additional template sections available: Preface and Foreword.
Click on the section you wish to update, and type or paste your content into the text editor. The editor offers some basic formatting functions such as bold, italic, Heading 1, numbered lists, bulleted lists, and hyperlinks.
Once you have finished adding content to the template section, click Save.
